I don't remember my login information. How do I retrieve it?

Username: You can retrieve your username by clicking here and entering your email address. You will receive an email containing all the usernames that are associated with the email address you entered, as well as the event(s) that each username is registered for.

* Please Note: We periodically remove accounts that were created then left unused (ie. not used to register for any events) for 10 days or more.

Password: You can reset your password by clicking here and entering your username. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

If you have followed these steps and you have not received the emails, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting me. I would be happy to look up your information if these steps have failed.

I'm having problems logging in.

If you don't remember your login information, follow the steps to retrieve it.

Username/Password not alphanumeric? Usernames and passwords may only contain letters or numbers, no spaces or other symbols.

If you know what your username and password are and the system says they are invalid, please make sure your caps lock is turned off, or if you copy/pasted your username or password, you did not copy surrounding spaces (usually, double-clicking on the password will highlight it easily). Passwords are case sensitive.

How do I access my team's roster?

To access your roster you will need to log into the account that you used to register your team. Once logged in you will see a link to view your roster.

If you are logged in but you still don't see a roster link, please make sure you are logged into the correct account. You can visit this page to get your username(s) and the event(s) that each username is registered for.

How can I change my username?

I would be happy to change it for you. Just fill out the form above and let me know what the username is and what you would like to change it to.

I have multiple accounts, can I delete or merge them?

If you would like to delete or merge your accounts, feel free to contact me and I will do so for you. Just fill out the form above and let me know which usernames to remove.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • I can only merge like accounts (ie two or more team accounts or two or more player accounts) so if you have mutiple types of accounts I can't merge all of them into one.
  • I cannot remove all accounts if you have active registrations.
